Student Activities: PAA

Parochial schools in the St. Cloud metro area are blessed to have an athletic association.

The Parochial Athletic Association of the St. Cloud metro area (PAA) was created to provide students with the fundamentals of a variety of sports, along with an opportunity to practice these skills, while instilling the values of good sporting behavior.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is a member of the PAA.

Our students, who are in grades four, five, and six may compete in a wide array of events, including volleyball, soccer, basketball, and softball. Students in grades five and six may also participate in football. In addition, students, who are in grades four, five, and six, compete academically in the Knowledge Bowl with other local schools.

The PAA strives to ensure all students be given equal opportunities in athletic competition, promotes parish and school spirit by providing quality athletic contests which generate enthusiasm and pride for their school and parish in a good Christian atmosphere. The emphasis of the program is enjoyment and good sportsmanship. Each year the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School PAA hosts a Turkey Bingo fundraiser. All families are asked to volunteer for this event. All proceeds support our PAA sports teams and Knowledge Bowl program.
